Kyle McCord keeps setting records as Syracuse football dispatches stubborn Huskies

Syracuse, N.Y — Syracuse quarterback Kyle McCord continued collecting some of the most prestigious passing records in school history on Saturday, setting a new high-water mark at SU for single-season passing yards and tying the mark for touchdowns in a single year.
McCord completed 37 of 47 passes for a career-high 470 yards and two touchdowns during a 31-24 win over UConn, and wide receiver Darrell Gill Jr. demolished his previous career bests with nine catches and 177 yards.
